Place your fry pan add water
Add sugar and bring it to boil
After 5 minutes add dry ginger powder
Then add all chopped dry fruits and dates to the syrup
Then add tamarind pulp
Then add chilli powder
Cook in medium heat till the syrup turn to 1 string consistency
Now add salt and roasted cumin powder
Cook for 5 minutes and then turn off the flame
Serve once cool and store in air tight container
